LThe TS.27.001 overhead wire system has been designed to offer a high quality and reliable product, ideal for tunnel installation in 25 and 50-metre stands, trolley movement is fast and smooth thanks to an action providing an acceleration ramp on departure and a deceleration ramp on arrival. This system is managed by an electronic card and a control unit with a keyboard, allowing the operator to place the target at any position along the line of fire by entering the distance in metres using the keyboard. A remote control keyboard can also be added, in this way the control unit will be on the shooting manager’s console and the keyboard will be attached to the shooting stall allowing shooters to repeat the commands.

The rail-mounted overhead wire is composed of the following components:
Motor unit, to be positioned in the upper part of the shooters area, composed of a support structure in painted iron and a pulley system for feeding the towline. A step-by-step motor, a casing protecting moving mechanical parts.
Guides for the trolley to slide on, made from painted steel, complete with adjustable ceiling mounting brackets, the V-shaped rail deviates accidental shots that may hit it.
Idler unit, positioned at the end of the guide, includes a pulley for towline return and a spring for pretensioning the line.
Target carrier trolley, composed of a galvanized iron support structure, complete with eight wheels with slide bearings, the trolley is fully covered with sheets of ballistic steel sloped to deviate accidental shots.
Aluminium target carrier rod securely fixed to the trolley.

- Electric power panel, can be set up for one or more lines; if a control console is supplied the device can be installed directly on the console.
- Programmer with keyboard for controlling and programming the system, the device can be installed in the shooters area or in the range manager’s area.
- Remote keyboard containing trolley stopping distances, the keyboard is prepared for wall installation in the shooting box, allowing shooters the freedom to set the trolley movement independently as required.
